m1 Resort Booking Terms and Conditions
m1 Resort offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom serviced apartments in the heart of Maroochydore.
Our fully furnished apartments are spacious with large private balconies or garden patio areas. They have secure, private undercover car parks and are supplied with super-fast Wi-Fi, Foxtel Platinum and fully ducted air conditioning. All apartments have fully equiped kitchens and laundries. Guests also have access to the complex’s recreation room, gymnasium and pool.
The m1 Resort is immediately adjacent to a supermarket and a large number of restaurants and cafes are within a very short walking distance.
A $200 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation during mid and low season and $400 deposit in high season. The balance is due one week before arrival in mid and low season and 30 days before arrival in high season. If your reservation is made within 7 days of arrival the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
Low Season: If booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $35 administration fee. If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited unless the unit is relet for the total period of the proposed occupancy.
Mid & High Season: If booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $35 administration fee. If booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited unless the unit is relet for the period of the proposed occupancy.
