Great facilities with a perfect location
The M1 resort is located in the middle of Maroochydore, a quiet location with fantastic ocean and river views. Our room was spacious and clean. The resort facilities were excellent with the kids spending most of their time in the pool.
We would recommend the M1 resort to anyone, a short work to shopping centres, the beach and restaurants.

Great view, great location, great value
Stayed with my wife at the M1 Resort in August 2010. The rooms are very well appointed and our room had a great view of the ocean. The hotel is close to good restaurants & shops and the staff were very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay at the Sunshine Coast.

Spring Holiday 2009
The M1 Resort is well situated, on the Maroochy River close to the beaches, shopping centre, cinemas and numerous fine restaurants. The units are spacious, clean and well appointed with outstanding balcony views over the nearby beaches and hinterland. The resort is extremely user friendly from the secure off street parking, pedestrian access and through to garbage disposal. I would highly recommend this resort as a holiday destination to couples or families.

Location, location
My husband and I have never been to the Sunshine Coast and with so much to see and on offer selecting the right accomodation can be mind blowing! We feel so lucky we chose right!

The M1 Resort has everything you could possibly desire - space, style, specialties and shopping! I am an absolute clean freak and get nervous when I book accommodation as I want the best that I can get, and we were certainly not disappointed.
Our apartment was on the tenth floor, really spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with an amazing big flashy kitchen, lovely leather lounges that were so comfortable with huge windows that opened out onto a balcony with amazing views in so many directions.
For those who love to wake up to an amazing sunrise and sit with a drink and watch the sunset it is the best seat in town.

The shopping centres nearby are set on the Maroochydore river, so spectacular with many eateries that are great and not expensive.
We were lucky enough to be told of a restaurant called The Beach House within walking distance in nearby Cotton Tree, the best food and not too expensive - a bonus as it is BYO as well. ($5 corkage) Set on the water, great service but make sure you book!
Driving to local attractions is easily achieved and not too far.

The service is great and the information given when making our booking was exceptional. My husband and I would use M1 as our base next time without hesitation and would recommend this location to anyone. You certainly get what you pay for at the M1 apartments and will not be disappointed.
